Gentell Hydrogel is an aloe vera-based hydrating wound gel that protects the wound bed. Because it contains less water than other hydrogels, Gentell Hydrogel is more viscous and less “runny.” Aloe vera is also a source of acemannan, in addition to other mono- and polysaccharides, amino acids, glycoproteins, vitamins and enzymes. Use on wounds with little or no exudate, diabetic skin ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, first- and second-degree burns, post-surgical incisions, cuts and abrasions.

Ingredients: Purified Water, Aloe Vera Extract, Sorbitol, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Propylene Glycol, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Allantoin
Directions:
Irrigate the wound with Gentell Dermal Wound Cleanser and gently dry the skin sur- rounding the wound site.
Apply a 1/8-inch layer of Gentell Hydrogel to the entire surface of the wound using an appropriate clean applicator or gauze to sufficiently cover the wound bed.
Cover the wound with a secondary dressing like Gentell Bordered Gauze or Gentell Comfortell.
Repeat daily or as ordered by a physician
