Dermagran® B Hydrophilic Wound Dressing contains a zinc-nutrient dressing formulation, balanced pH technology, vitamin A, vitamin B6, calcium and magnesium to provide either a primary cover or filler for chronic and acute wounds.

Available in tube or sheet forms, these wound dressings create a mildly acidic environment to help the wound heal, balance the pH and reduce inflammation.

Indicated for skin ulcers (diabetic, venous stasis), Stage 1-4 pressure sores, surgical incisions and superficial injuries such as minor, partial-thickness thermal burns, superficial lacerations, cuts or abrasions.
